XLand fitness is the best. The exercise program is personalized to your needs. As I age, it’s important to me to have good core strength and balance. This gym has provided me with this opportunity and more. Rick is friendly, helpful and professional. He listens to you when constructing your exercise plan. I attend both personal sessions and group fitness sessions. Group fitness is a positive and supportive group working together to meet fitness goals. There is no competition. It’s a group of ordinary people seeking to be healthy.

Rick provides excellent services to his clients. He keeps the classes varied, yet consistently challenging while always providing variations as needed based on fitness level or injuries. The atmosphere is very fun and motivating. I have gotten much stronger and toned since starting a couple years ago.

Rick is the absolute best!! I have been going to him for 10 months now. Each session is designed specifically for my own goals. My main goal when I started was to lose weight. Currently, I am down 100Ibs!! I never thought that I would be able to be so consistent. Rick really educates on how nutrition is so important for weight loss. He provides resources, like healthy recipes, so that his clients can try new things in a healthier version. I am so much stronger and balanced because of the workouts. I enjoy how he pushes me in the gym and always reminds me that I can do it! He also helps me stay accountable and reminds me that it’s okay to fall off the track sometimes (I like a little dessert) as long as I get back on track! I recommend him to anyone who asks me how I have lost so much weight! I have tried many different diets and routines and this one was perfect for me! It always starts with the person and then having a person, like Rick, really helps with the support so that you know you are not alone in the journey!
