“3 mistakes adults over 40 make getting back in to fitness”

When it comes to getting back into fitness for most of us over 40 there are 3 main mistakes we see happen all the time

the 1st one is going all out in the beginning, meaning trying to make up for lost time and doing hour plus workouts 4 or more days a week. Remember your not young like you where back when you use to do these things and our body's do not recover like they once did.

The 2nd mistake is trying to do the things you use to do in the gym this is where we see a lot of people getting injured, like lifting the weight you use to do or trying to hit a good run like old times. Our body's have changed and can not handle that stress like they use to ( right off the bat that is) with age you need to slow things down.

Lastly mistake number 3 Not warming up or stretching at the end. Remember most of us have not been nice to our body's over our younger years so we really need to warm up our joints and tendon before we starting going all crazy with a workout. Same go's for when we are done we really need to do some stretching to help keep our joints and tendons happy for years to come.
