With that said, here are Some of the best exercises you can start out with at first that you can do anywhere.

Ill give you a list of 4 you can do 2-3 times a week. You can start doing them today! 👊

1. Push-ups

  you can do these with very little space, and they can be modified for anyone to do. You can start doing them off your wall or countertop. Then once you master that you can move down to the ground and start on your knees and just go as low as you can, then just build from there.

2. Squats

you can start by just sitting down onto a chair and standing back up and as you build strength you can take away the chair and work on going as low as you can.

3. Plank

1-      a great way to build your core up. You can start with doing these standing up and holding onto your countertop. Then moving to the floor and holding a plank with your knees on the floor and as you get stronger you can take the knees off the floor.

4. Wood-Chopper

1-      this move is a rotational move and is a great total body move you can start with just arms only and then add weight as you get stronger. To see this move just type woodchopper in YouTube or google there are tons of videos on it.

There are many different exercises you can pick from but these are some of my favorites and what I call best bang for your buck meaning you get the most out of without spending to much time. =)
