My Thoughts on diets

My thoughts on the different diets out there.

So many diets

Seeing there are so many different diets out there nowadays I just wanted to give my thoughts on a few of them. Frist off I’m a big believer in eating like our ancestors use to lean meats real veggies/fruits and complex carbs. But that being said, three are many other diets out there that work but should not be used long term. One is Keto, it’s a great way to get a jump start on losing a lot of weight fast without starving yourself. This is a go to for a lot of people and works well. But I feel this is one that should not be a long-term diet as it’s just not healthy to maintain. The next is Paleo, this is a great way to cut out all the prosses foods and get back to what most would have eaten off the land. Although it’s a very tuff diet to stick with. Due to how strict it is. But if you’re able to you will see amazing results and the health benefits are great as well. I’m not a big fan of vegan as I feel it’s not natural for us. I know it’s all the rage with a lot of others but for me I look at it like this. For all the extra things you have to do to make up for the lack of proteins you’re missing out on and then eating manmade crap I feel it’s worse for you then if you would have just eaten meat. But I do understand why some do it. That’s just my thoughts on it we all have our one options and that is a beautiful thing! The thing with any of these is they all work but you have to figure out what will work for you and what you can stick with. I keep the simple approach to nutrition I try and eat lean meats that are full of manmade crap, eat real veggies/fruits nuts seeds that are clean and not full of GMO’s and all that type of stuff and avoid as much as I can processed foods as much as I can.

What are your thoughts on this??
