Warm-up
Jog, air jump rope, jumping jacks.
Workout
1. Squats 3 sets of 10 just rest enough to catch your breath.
2. Push-ups (however you can do them on your knees, full push-ups, or do them off the wall. 3 sets of as many as you can do, again rest between sets just enough to catch your breath.
3. Standing knee to elbow (aka standing cross over crunches) do one side then the other, 3 sets of 12 per side. Again, rest just long enough to catch your breath.
Very short but effective workout here. Hitting all major muscle groups and getting the heart pumping too!
